Engaging Employees
One way we create a sense of community and belonging is through our Business Resource Groups. The BRGs are open to all employees and provide them the opportunity to connect with others who share similar interests, fostering a sense of community inside and outside of work. The BRGs engage in community-focused volunteer activities and provide a critical connection to the business. Through the BRGs, we share information with employees and gathers feedback on their work environment, upskilling and other issues important to maintaining a strong and effective workforce.
