Updated: Use Machinify’s TrueCost Portal to Submit Medical Records for Facility Claims for Commercial Members

Effective Sept. 1, 2026, Machinify will collect and review medical records for facility claims for commercial members. 

What’s changing: Effective Sept. 1, 2026, you’ll use the Machinify TrueCost portal to submit medical records when requested, instead of faxing or mailing this information to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. 

Continue to submit medical records to BCBSTX for all government program member claims. 

How to access the portal: If needed, Machinify will send you an email request for medical records with access to its portal. 

This new process will help us resolve claims more quickly.
